Toyota Industries Corporation (“Toyota Industries”) intends to reorganize its warehouse automation business, which provides innovative systems for storage, retrieval (picking), and other logistics processes at warehouses, fulfillment centers and factories. Toyota Industries intends to establish regional operating companies in the United States and Europe, uniting all the relevant organizations, including subsidiaries, under “Toyota Automated Logistics” with the name of the region. Through this reorganization, Toyota Industries aims to strengthen group-wide collaboration and be the global partner for integrated warehouse automation. The new organizational structure is scheduled to begin operations in April 2026. Under this framework, the group will focus on growth through faster decision-making.
